I really loved the fringe skirt that Joseline Hernandez rocked! I seen It at voluptuous vixen boutique for $30, but it was sold out. Soooooo I had a DIY Moment. I went to my local fabric store and got a 1/2 yard of pleather material and fringed it myself.
Items you will need:
●belt( stretch or regular)
●pleather material/fringe material
●scissors
●glue gun/safety pins(your choice)
Lay material flat and cut as desired. Then hot glue belt and material together. I used safety pins with a stretch belt just incase i want to change beltsHeres the finished look
