Shrimp Fried Cauliflower?

I'm really trying to watch my carb intake. I've been trying new low carb recipes of some of my favorite dishes.

Cauliflower ‘rice’ has been on my to-make list for a long time, but for some reason I always imagined it being more of a time-consuming hassle than it is. Truth is, it’s much quicker than cooking rice.

Imagine being able to chow down on a giant bowl of this fried cauliflower rice without one bit of guilt!  Now we can have the addicting Chinese carry-out taste, while actually feeling good about our health while we eat it.

Here's a more informative video....this is where I got the idea!
Shrimp fried cauliflower

1/2 head cauliflower
1/3 lb. shrimp
Sesame oil
2 T soy sauce
spices to taste (paprika, cayenne, garlic, ginger)
1 t minced garlic
1/2 bag of frozen carrot and peas
Green onions or cilantro to garnish

I give this dish 2 Thumbs up and I to totally recommend!!!!!
